  1. Why me? Of all the people alive why did he choose to show mercy to me? I definitely don't deserve it.

The people he brought out of Egypt have gone from a vast mass of humanity down to a remnant. Why?

Disobedience and none of his words fall to the ground unfulfilled. Like a loving Father he instructed them, told them what the consequences of their actions would be, blessed them and corrected them without utterly destroying them.

The anguish of the old men who had seen the first temple! Surely some had to lament: Oh why didn't we love our God and walk in blessed obedience?!

The joy of those born in a remote kingdom, going to a land of their own which was promised to their ancestors and only hoped for all of their lives. Then the foundation for the meeting place of God has been built!

And here we are nearly two thousand years after the Messiah promised to return for his spotless bride!

Joh 20:29 Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen, and have believed.”

Let's be ready and share the good news!
